After my original “Satiety Salvation” (see my recipe in “Diet”), I have made countless variations using the same principles. Protein, fat, and taste, combined into a rich paste to stop cravings! The best thing about this version? Chocolate.
Full of satisfying, metabolism-boosting medium chain triglyceride fats, the coconut oil helps turn this into a smooth sauce. Peanut butter adds protein, fats, and minerals, and cocoa provides antioxidants. A scatter of blood-sugar-regulating cinnamon, and you’re away! Just be sure to choose a natural peanut butter, or one without additives like vegetable oils or sugar.
This recipe is more of a ‘ratio’ than precise measurements. You can use Tablespoons, teaspoons, or even double the mixture to suit your appetite. Even better, freeze the mixture in moulds for truffle-y chocolates! I can’t stand the thought of waiting, so always scoff it in its sauce form. Which is perfectly fine, as far as I’m concerned 😉
This recipe can be gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, egg-free, low-carb, and vegan.
Preparation time: 2 minutes

1. In a small cup, combine all ingredients and stir until smooth. Enjoy! 🙂
