Garlic Vinaigrette


Trying to find low-fructose dressings can be a hassle. This is a delicious vinaigrette that will spice up any salad or vegetable dish. It is also perfect drizzled over omelettes and fish! Incredibly simple, incredibly good.

This recipe can be gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, vegan, egg-free and nut-free.

Preparation time: 2 minutes


– 2 cloves garlic, peeled

– 4 Tablespoons white wine vinegar

– good grinding black pepper


1. Place the garlic in a small bowl and crush with the back of a spoon. Add the vinegar and pepper and stir before using (with a non-metal spoon). Enjoy! 🙂
