Sometimes, you need a punch of protein to start your day. These oats are fluffy, filling, and packed with the “p”!
Flaxseeds and chia seeds bring their fair share of protein, as well as omega-3s, fibre, and minerals. Oats fill this with healthy carbohydrates, and psyllium adds extra fibre. Yoghurt is the main protein source, especially if you choose to use the Greek Type.
Of course, if you have any natural, unsweetened protein powder, throw it in! In this case, you may need to add a little extra milk for the right consistency.
This recipe can be gluten-free, egg-free, and nut-free.
