I love chocolate ganache – that smooth, velvety cream laced with the darkest of cocoa dreams. Usually, though, it takes a while for the mixture to gain that thick glossiness.
Not this stuff.
A few seconds of stirring, and you have a cute little bowl of bliss. Eat it sprinkled with frozen berries for a bite of extra sweetness!
This recipe can be gluten-free, egg-free, low-carb, and nut-free.
Serves 1
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
– 1 Tablespoon coconut oil, melted
– 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
– stevia powder, to taste
– a drop of vanilla essence
– 3 Tablespoons cream (cold from fridge)
Method:
1. Mix together the coconut oil, cocoa, stevia, and vanilla in a small bowl. Add the cream and whisk until thick and smooth. Enjoy! 🙂
Note: please add the cream at the end. A reader (my awesome cousin!) tried adding the oil last, and it went clumpy!

That looks good I’m definitely going to try that one out!
Thanks Lucy 🙂 hope you do
