Peanut Chocolate Ganache (for one!)

Oooh, this spin on “Chocolate Satiety Salvation” (see my recipe in “Diet”) may just be my saviour! The addition of cream takes it to a whole new, wholesomely holy level. Holy moly.

As with the original “Satiety Salvation”, this is full of healthy fats and protein to satisty your sweet cravings. The texture is smooth, thick and ganache-y to the extreme! If you don’t want peanut butter, just replace it with more of the other ingredients. But then again, who says they don’t like peanut butter? Blasphemous . . .

Coconut oil is wonderful for your metabolism with its medium chain triglyceride fats/ lauric acid. Peanut butter provides more happy fat, as well as protein, vitamins, and minerals. Cream – more fat, man. Cocoa adds a rich dose of antioxidants, and well, that’s it!

I am sure you could make this on a gigantic scale by using the same ratio of ingredients, creating a delicious ganache to ice a cake or cupcakes. But let’s be honest – the icing is all we really want. Cake just gets in the way! Therefore, I eat spoonfuls of pure ganache. My life is complete.
